Team accounts: sharing bidding credits across seats
Last updated July 18, 2026
If several people bid under one company, organization seating lets an owner account invite team members as seats and share a single pool of bidding credits — so you buy credits once and hand them out, instead of every estimator running their own account and wallet.
How it works
- The owner invites team members from the Organization page (Account → Organization).
- Assign bidding credits from the owner’s pool down to any member so they can bid on jobs.
- See each seat’s credit spend so you know where the pool is going.
- Reclaim unused credits from a member back into the pool at any time — for example when someone leaves or a project wraps up.
Good to know
- Credits are the same platform currency throughout — a credit assigned to a member behaves exactly like one they bought themselves.
- Removing a member automatically returns their remaining balance to the owner’s pool, so credits are never stranded.
- Each member still signs in with their own account, keeps their own two-factor authentication, and bids in their own name — seating only shares the credit pool, not the login.
This pairs naturally with a verified organization profile: one badge and one credit pool for the whole crew.
