What is QuoteHive?

QuoteHive is Canada’s pay-per-bid contractor marketplace. Clients post construction and trade work for free; verified contractors spend credits to bid on it. Every job has a deadline, and once bidding closes the results are transparent to the people who took part.

• Every bidder is verified. Contractors must pass an insurance and licence document review before they can bid.
• Contractors pay to bid, not to subscribe. There is no mandatory monthly fee: a bid costs between 1 and 12 credits depending on the size of the job, so contractors only pay when they compete for real work.
• No commissions. QuoteHive takes nothing from the value of the work itself. Revenue comes from credit sales only.
• Deadlines and transparency. Bidding runs to a fixed close. Afterwards, participants see the full bid table: who bid, how much, and where they ranked.

Clients range from private individuals renovating a kitchen to businesses and government or institutional bodies posting six-figure contracts: large projects automatically run on a formal tender schedule. Contractors range from solo tradespeople to established firms across roughly 50 trades in all 13 provinces and territories.

QuoteHive is an introduction platform: it connects the two sides but is not a party to any contract for the work. The site is bilingual (English/French) and prices in Canadian dollars.
