Your bid info package: attachments and links

Every final bid can carry a full info package so the client judges you on your work, not just your price. With bidding open to all verified contractors, this is the single best way to stand out.

• Up to 5 files, 15 MB each: PDF, images, .docx, .xlsx, or .dwg drawings. Typical: proposal, schedule, references, scope of work.
• A website / portfolio URL.
• A cloud document link: a shareable Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive link to your full package. Set it to “anyone with the link can view”.

Everything shows alongside your quote to the client (and stays visible to you). Attachments are stored privately: only the client, you, and QuoteHive staff can download them.

• Name the project specifics in your message: generic copy-paste bids read like spam.
• Include your availability and a realistic start window.
• Bids placed early in the window get seen more; the client watches bids arrive live.
