Refunds, receipts and your billing ledger
Your billing ledger
Account → Billing shows a unified ledger of every credit in and out: purchases (with the dollar amount and the card’s last four digits) and bid spends (with the job each credit went to), newest first. Your purchase history also lives on the Credits page.
Refunds
Credits are generally non-refundable once spent on a bid — placing a bid is the service being bought, whether or not you win. If something went wrong with a purchase (a mistaken buy, a billing error), contact support: our team can refund a credit purchase, which returns the funds to your card (typically within 5–10 business days) and removes the purchased credits from your balance.
Receipts and taxes
Every purchase is recorded with its date, amount and card digits. Need a formal statement for bookkeeping? Ask support and we’ll generate a printable statement of your payment history. Prices are in CAD; applicable Canadian sales tax is handled at checkout.
